The Italian Cultural Institutes in Haifa and Tel Aviv present A TRIBUTE TO THE CINEMA OF THE TAVIANI BROTHERS, a special movie program organized in collaboration with Cinecittà, Adamas and the Israeli cinematheques. In Italian, with Hebrew subtitles. St. Michael Had a Rooster is also subtitled in English.
With a career spanning over sixty years, Paolo and Vittorio Taviani have left an indelible mark on the history of Italian cinema, masterfully exploring themes ranging from political satire to historical dramas, from war stories to literary adaptations.
