The futuristic group operated in the early 20th century and is today considered one of the most innovative and premier groups of their time. Ranging between fascist philosophy and advanced thought, futurists were different and controversial even in an contemporary view. The lecture will study their work and their impact on the art of their time and today.

Tal Lanir is an Associate Curator at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, specializes at Modern and Contemporary Art and in Interdisciplinary art. Curated a few prominent exhibitions such as “Street Art in Israel” (2012) and “Kutiman: Offgrid Offline” (2017). MA in Art History from the Tel Aviv University.
