“During this years, after my studies did in Udine, at the Civica Accademia d’Arte Drammatica “Nico Pepe” of Udine, my desire it was to emprove my preparation on the Commedia dell’Arte because I think to be a very important instrument for an italian actor and because, now in 2019, this art is disappearing from our culture.

In this direction also goes my ideas to do art, in fact when we study a period important like this, is also important to study every aspect of this current, one is the Mask.

With this idea in these years I wanted to study not only the signification of every mask and every characters with a mask, but also how to make a mask and the different material that is possible to use to make it.

With this workshop it will be possible to make a mask but also to know their features.
In fact every participant can make a mask using a simple and easier material, worbla (thermoplastic materal), and after he should wear it also trying to work it using the basic principles of Commedia dell’Arte”. Carlo Dalla Costa

Event held in English.
Minimum age to participate in the workshop: 18 years.
