In the framework of the cultural program “Italy, Cultures, the Mediterranean” promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Villa Ibrahim Halil Pasha becomes the “new” home of the Italian Cultural Institute in Haifa.
The students of Arch. Eran Mordohovich at Technion (Faculty of Architecture) present their hypothesis of renovation: Villa Ibrahim Halil Pasha, down town Haifa, returns to its former glory and is born again as the “new headquarters” for the Italian Cultural Institute in Haifa.
11 students, 11 projects, 11 models, 11 solutions, all to be discovered and admired.

“Italy, Cultures, the Mediterranean” is a cultural program, which the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation will implement in the Middle East and North Africa during the year 2018, with the purpose of consolidating the dialogue between the two sides of the Mediterranean Sea. A dialogue based on the exchange and enhancement of different cultural and social identities and the combination of tradition, innovation and creativity.
