A few kilometres aways from the sea, the trulli of Alberobello and the white town of Ostuni, is located one of the most precious archaeological sites, rich of Messapian and Roman finds: the archeological park of Egnazia. The second stage of PLACE TO BE will take place in this beautiful setting on the 16th of September 2020 in the company of Calibro 35.
Initially born as a joke between friends while they were all engaged in other important projects, Calibro 35 quickly became a reference within the international music scene, so much that they have been sampled by giants like Dr. Dre in “Compton”, Jay-Z, Childlove & Damon Albarn, and now they boast many passionate fans across the globe. In over ten years of dedicated activity, Calibro 35 have expressed their unique style in many different musical forms: not only through records, but also soundtracks, TV productions, film sonorisations, library music, theatre shows and many live performances all around the world, where they shared the stage with artists of the calibre of Muse, Sharon Jones, Sun Ra Arkestra and Thundercat.
