Studies have shown that yoga not only provides anxiety related relief, but also acts through the cell survival mechanisms, thus improving the overall health of the practitioner. Hence, Yoga and Mindfulness are effective methods of stress alleviation and quality of life improvement.<\/p>\n<p>RELAX, BREATHE, CLEAR THE MIND, OPEN YOUR HEART is a series of short video which present some basic, practical resources of yoga and meditation technique that can be included in everyone\u2019s daily routine.
