The organoleptic properties of wine result from three interdependent elements. Namely, viticulture, vinification and ageing.
Clearly, the viable possibilities for these three processes depend on the characteristics of the vineyards area. Consequently, the diversity of Italian wine, is intrinsically linked to the geography, topography and soils of the Italian wine producing regions.
In this talk we will speak about the Italian regions in the framework of their location, climate, topography and soils, which make possible the diversity of Italian wines that be may found in Israel.

  • FREE admission. In order to receive the link to the Zoom meeting, it is necessary to send an email to iichaifa@esteri.it. The link will be valid for all four meetings.
