Sicily has difficult and yet very interesting conditions for viticulture, based on a rich geological history, its topography and its climate.
It is this combination, together with consistent work on local grape varieties during the last tenths of years, and suitable vinification methods- of which we will speak- that has made the great diversity of their wines possible. Like in the previous two talks, we will refer to Sicilian wines styles that can be found in Israel.
- FREE admission. In order to receive the link to the Zoom meeting, it is necessary to send an email to iichaifa@esteri.it. The link will be valid for all four meetings.
