A new series of three free lectures on Italian photography from the postwar period to the present, led by Tal Lanir, curator at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. The lectures will be held exclusively ONLINE, in HEBREW. To attend and receive the Webex access link, please complete the REGISTRATION FORM.
This series traces the evolution of modern and contemporary Italian photography, from depictions of postwar social realities to the complexities of today’s visual culture. Through the works of leading Italian photographers, we will explore how photography has documented society and political change, reimagined the Italian landscape, and captured the transformations of contemporary life, from globalization and new technologies to tourism.
