A new series of THREE free literary events, exploring childhood and growth through stories of memory, identity, and transformation — with Shirley Finzi Loew, literary translator and Italian literature expert. A Summer of Reading and Remembrance | The 2025 Summer Edition of the BOOK CLUB invites you to delve into three literary works that explore childhood and adolescence in the Italian provinces — stories filled with memories, returns, and emotional fracture. A reading journey designed for those who enjoy getting lost between the lines and rediscovering themselves in the nuances, atmospheres, and voices that shape both personal and collective memory.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
While reading the selected books in their original language or in translation is not mandatory, it is highly recommended in order to fully engage in the discussions.
The Italian edition is available at the Institute’s LIBRARY, both in printed form and in digital format via MLOL.
