International Design Workshop, a mutual work with design students from different European design faculties, lead by Tiltan College, with the collaboration of Politecnico di Milano and the Italian Cultural Institute in Haifa.
Tiltan College in Haifa is honored to invite foreign institutions to participate with a delegation of 5-10 students + a lecturer and experience a unique multicultural design event. The students will get a brief, work in mixed teams, lead by designers from the various participating faculties, specializing in different aspects of design and urban activities. Starting with research in referred issue to the final design solutions, which will be presented at the end of the week, in front of an appropriate audience. All teams will work in English.

The workshop will host Italian guest lecturers involved in a course by the European Commission, designers from Israel and other participating countries.The workshop is managed in cooperation with Haifa Municipality and will be applied specifically to the city.
THE TOPIC OF 2017 IS Design-Driven Innovation
During this week the guest students will have access to all Tiltan facilities, meet the local students, get to know Haifa sightseeing, experience professional design training and enjoy the special young atmosphere that port-campus area offers.

- 15-20.11.17 – Briefing. Lectures on various topics. Meeting with Municipality representatives. Brainstorming. Daily meetings of teams with professors for feed-backs on ideas, concepts, graphics, medias, design solutions. Research and team design work. Independant work.
